GEMS, the current tool for Portal Managers to manage user accounts and application roles, will be shut down at the end of March 2023 and replaced by the new tool called ALICE. The transition to Alice is smooth, which means that both tools are already in productive use today.

Individual menu items of GEMS have already been removed today (e.g. the tab "Organizations") and are only available in the new tool.

If possible, we would like to ask you to use the new tool ALICE from now on - depending on the use case and admin role.
